1. The self-adjusting welding roller rack should be installed in the position of ventilation, dust-proof, strong, moisture-proof and rain-proof, preferably away from places such as violent shocks and bumps. It is strictly forbidden to spray the corrosive liquid directly on the surface of the equipment.
2. If it is necessary to install the master-slave roller rack at the same time, first of all, the level of the master-slave roller rack should be the same. Secondly, the center line must also be guaranteed on the straight line. Finally, the angle line of the master-slave roller rack should be adjusted appropriately by measuring the angle line of the master-slave roller rack.
3. When placing the workpiece, the diameter and weight of the workpiece should be carried out in accordance with the design requirements, otherwise it will be more prone to failure. The distance of the main and auxiliary wheels can be adjusted appropriately according to the main length of the equipment.
4. Rubber wheels can only work at room temperature. If under special circumstances, the highest contact temperature between workpiece and rubber wheels should not exceed 75 C, otherwise the rubber wheels will be damaged.
5. In the process of using, the roller must be in contact with the workpiece in an all-round way. It is strictly forbidden to contact the sharp part and the weld seam. When lifting the workpiece, the roller can not be impacted to avoid unnecessary damage. If the equipment is not fixed, the strong impact will easily lead to the overturn of the whole machine.
6. When adjusting the roller rack, the starting should be slowly adjusted from low speed to high speed. When changing the steering, the motor can only be converted after stopping, otherwise the motor will be burned out. In the process of operation, man-machine can not be separated, and when the workpiece reaches the radius of rotation, no one is allowed to stand beside it.
7. In order to ensure the performance of the whole equipment in use, we need to lubricate each part properly before use. We should also make detailed records of the inspection every day. When the whole machine is in use for a period of time, we also need to carry out regular inspection.
