In the process of welding operation, when some faults occur, it will lead to the axial movement of the welding roller frame. The main situations are as follows:

1. When the cylinder is welded, the cylinder will surely move axially when the motor turns unevenly or unsteadily.

2. If three of the four rollers of the roller frame are installed on the same plane, while the other one is installed on different planes, which is for welding, the roller will basically produce axial external force on the cylinder, and the ultimate phenomenon is that the cylinder appears to move.

3. When the active wheels and the driven wheels of the welding roller frame are on the same plane but not parallel, the welding roller frame will also cause the axial external force on the cylinder of the cylinder, which will cause the cylinder to move downward, thus impelling the active wheels and the driven wheels of the welding roller frame to be not on the same plane.

4. But if the driven wheel and the driving wheel of the welded roller frame are not on the horizontal line at all, the welded roller frame will cause the axial phenomenon of the external force on the cylinder, which will cause the cylinder to move in a lower direction.
